What This Book Is
The lens that shaped my entire method
This book is not a how-to manual. It is not a replacement for working with me. It is not a shortcut to engineering your own metabolism.
It is the background story — the lens that allowed me to see what others were missing.
Before I had a method, I had a lens. Before I had clients, I had a story. Before I could trace cycles, I had to learn how the body speaks — and why no one was listening.
A Translation: The Body's Language is that story.
It is for the open-minded reader. The person who does not need the full complexity of my client work — but wants to understand the lens behind it.
