Why I Created My Method
True health needs deeper testing methods
Your blood work says "normal." But you feel terrible. Here is why.
Your body stores 50–60% of its magnesium in bone. Another 35–40% in muscles and soft tissues. Less than 1% is in your blood. The blood test measures the 1%. It ignores the 99%.
Magnesium is one example. Iron, calcium, zinc — just a few more examples. The same story applies.
That is why I created my method. No single test — blood, intracellular, or body composition alone — gives you the full picture. Each one is incomplete.
I use three tests together: blood analysis (the snapshot), intracellular testing (the functional truth), and body composition (the reservoir).

How it works :
For the Correction Lane (Light, Intermediate, Intense): The table above shows tiers from cheapest to most expensive. But as you improve, you move down to cheaper tiers — from Calibrator (Intense) to Rebuilder (Intermediate) to Maintainer (Light). The more complex your case is, the more work is needed, and thus the higher the tier is. As you get healthier, you move to a lower monthly subscription.
Elite is different. It is for clients who are already stable (or already healthy) and want peak performance. It requires high-effort precision engineering and is priced accordingly.
This is not guesswork. It is engineering.
The Problem
Knowing where you are in terms of your health markers is essential to knowing where you are going. You cannot build a plan without a blueprint.
Here is what most people do not realize: your body is not broken. It is not just aging. It is not your DNA. It is not just how you are. It is not too late. It is stuck in a cycle.
That cycle could be insulin resistance — where your cells cannot access fuel, and pushing harder in the gym makes you sicker.
That cycle could be adrenal override — where your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, and you feel wired but tired.
That cycle could be mineral deficiency — where your blood says "normal" but your cells are starving.
Whatever the cycle, the method is the same: trace it. Find the leverage point. Intervene precisely. Measure. Iterate.
The solution — the specific intervention — depends on the cycle. But the method never changes.
